7. Shipping Times & Procedures.

Digital products will be delivered to the provided email address within 24 hours of purchase.

Physical products may be shipped from either a United States or an international warehouse. This allows us to offer affordable prices and high quality products with good design. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, the ETA can be between 3-18 working days. Please check the product description for possible specific delivery times per product. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as shipments may be affected by weather-related delays or events outside of our control. We will email you a tracking number, usually one day after your order has been shipped. Shipping costs vary and can even be free depending on which of our warehouses the product ships from and where the item is shipping to. Shipping costs will be displayed during your checkout process.

8. Returns & Refunds.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we accept returns of purchased physical items (not items included as part of a digital course) that are in the same condition as when shipped. We do not issue refunds or accept returns or exchanges on special items (e.g., Personalized, Vintage, Sample, ID, Custom, Defect, Pre-Release) or any used items.

Contact us through our support desk and request an RMA before you return physical items. We do not accept returns without an assigned RMA number.

Our money back guarantee for online courses is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, please follow these specific instructions:

  • If you have not yet accessed the online course and wish to request a refund, contact our support team within the 90-day window. We will process your refund back to the original payment method used during the purchase when any shipped materials have been returned at your cost.
  • If you have already started the online course and have completed no more than 15% of it and you wish to request a refund, contact our support team within the 90-day window. We will process your refund back to the original payment method used during the purchase when any shipped materials have been returned at your cost.
  • If you have already started the online course and and have completed more than 15% of the course and wish a refund, the course must be fully completed within 12 months of purchase. A completion record of all lessons, exercises, and homework must be provided as proof that you have fully engaged with the course material. A short refund questionaire will also be required. This will help us understand your experience and improve our offerings. Contact customer support to apply for a refund.

Gift Refund and Exchange Policy

  • Refunds: We offer refunds for gifts within 90 days of the original purchase date, regardless of when the gift was received. The refund will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method.

  • Exchanges: Returnable items may be exchanged for another product of your choice. If the new product costs less, there will be no refund for the price difference. If the new product costs more, the customer will cover the additional cost.

9. Customs, taxes & fees.
